COST OF REFERENCES AND TENANCY AGREEMENT: When the tenancy is offered to the successful applicant, references will be obtained by the Agents at a charge of £15 plus VAT (£18.00) per person, to be paid to the Agents in advance. The tenant will be required to pay for the cost of the preparation and execution of the tenancy agreement to be prepared by the landlords agents. The cost will be £150 plus VAT.
OUTGOINGS: The Tenant will be required to maintain the property in a reasonable and tenantable condition, and will be responsible for the interior decoration during the tenancy and maintaining the garden.
