For Lot 1 continue for approximately 120 yards. Take the right turn and follow the track for approximately 550m.
For Lot 2 continue for approximately 750m and the entrance to Lot 2 will be found on your right denoted by the Selling Agents sale board. There is a right of access.
The land is situated just above the village of Crosthwaite in South Lakeland. Approximately four miles west of Kendal and 1.5 miles south east of Winster.
