Sunny Brae is a really lovely character home which has been modernised in a sympathetic way. There is the benefit of full sealed unit double glazed windows, gas fired central heating and a Esse range cooker in the kitchen.
The property is arranged over four levels, providing more space than anticipated from its first appearance. There is a total of three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), a modern fitted kitchen and recently installed bathroom. There is also a basement which provides excellent utility space.
In all this is an absolute gem and we highly recommend an early interior inspection.
