From J36 of the M6 Motorway take the A590 to Greenodd. At Greenodd go right at the roundabout signposted to Workington and Whitehaven (A5095), proceed along this road for approximately 2 miles till you come to Lowick Green. Take the right hand turning to Coniston (A5084) and head to the village of Blawith. On entering the village of Blawith turn left and then left again and proceed down Raisthwaite Lane for 4 miles and the land will be on your left hand side.
