The land can be accessed as shown along the shaded purple hard-core track known as Watery Lane. Access to this track can be taken directly from the A5074 to Windermere or from Mill Lane which presents a better access option.

From the A590 take the A5074 at the Gilpin Bridge Inn. Continue on this road for approximately four miles heading towards Crosthwaite. The entrance to Watery Lane shall be marked by our sale board although interested parties are advised to continue 200m further and take the right turn onto Mill Lane signposted Dove Nest Group. The main entrance to Watery Lane can be found 300m on your right.
The land is situated to the south of the village of Crosthwaite and to the west of the town of Kendal with access via Watery Lane either from the A5074 or Mill Lane (preferable).
